Claudia
Goldhammer
Coach through and through.
I see my role as a sparring partner for my clients – empathetic yet direct, challenging yet supportive.
Coaching offers infinite development opportunities through dialogue and reflection. All that is needed of clients is their active engagement and a patient and generous approach in confronting themselves.
My approach is direct, down-to-earth, intuitive, and pragmatic – this helps my clients to discover new perspectives and clarity and arrive at their own solutions.

With many years of experience at top management level in north American IT companies I speak my clients’ language and can walk in their shoes. I know that every situation is different and therefore needs a tailored solution.

My coach trainings at CoachU, OR, USA initially sparked my passion for coaching. I get new inspiration and fresh ideas through continuous learning and participation at conferences and events such as the Worldwide Business and Executive Coaching Summit (WBECS).
I coach and train in both English (C2 level) and German.
As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) I coach on the basis of their core competencies, ethical standards and professional guidelines. The ICF (www.coachfederation.org) is the largest association for professional coaches worldwide.
